This unit has application to job functions such as an insurance assessor and may be applied within organisations of various sizes and across a range of customer bases.

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to carry out an inspection of vehicle systems/components and decide on the preferred repair/replacement methods.

This unit may apply to job roles subject to licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements so Commonwealth, State or Territory requirements should be confirmed with the relevant body.
